When I went in, Dr. J. and I conferred on what areas of my face were concerns for me. He then discussed with me what he would be able to do and how he would do it. He made me very comfortable. And throughout the procedure he was very good at explaining what he was doing and when the procedure was over, I saw a fabulous results. They were immediate and everything I had wanted. He’s a genius! I will definitely go back. The staff and Dr. Jay are spectacular. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do any kind of work on me. – Anonymous
